Alma Laser – accent prime is a non-invasive, state-of-the-art solution for face and body contouring and aesthetic enhancement. It incorporates Ultrasound (US) and Radiofrequency (RF) in a variety of different handpieces for deep tissue heating. Using the power of combined technologies, the Accent Prime offers customised treatments for face and body contouring, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, skin rejuvenation, skin resurfacing, scar revision, and non-surgical blepharoplasty.

accent Radiofrequency (40.68MHz)
Radiofrequency technology produces thermal stimulation, which creates an immediate and temporary change in the helical structure of the collagen. Accent Prime uses the latest development of RF which involves the emission of electromagnetic radiation rather than a current, which is referred to as unipolar, so no grounding.
Alma Ultrasound (64kHz/100kHz)
The Accent Prime Ultrasound technology uses patented guided lamb waves, which is a combination of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and transverse waves. By combining both waves, the Accent Prime is able to achieve unrivalled comfort, homogeneity, and efficacy. The Accent Prime Ultrasound penetrates between 3 to 20mm targeting the subcutaneous fat for fat cavitation and circumferential reduction in various locations around the face and body.
Microplasma
Using unique microplasma technology, the Accent Prime Microlasma™ module resurfaces the skin featuring a customisable ratio between ablative and thermal energy meaning it is safe for all skin types. Through controlled perforation and focused energy delivery, the Pixel RF treats the affected area while leaving surrounding healthy tissue intact facilitating rapid healing. The microplasma minimises the signs of ageing and scar appearance with minimal risk and reduced downtime.
